Our client is a successful management and training company which specialises in the delivery of quality accredited training and the implementation and management of Registered Training Organisations. The management team has over 50 years of experience in delivering and managing workplace education and training in the public, private and community sectors. They are a dynamic employee oriented company with an excellent reputation.An opportunity has arisen to join their Sydney office based in Lane Cove West as a Training Coordinator. As a Training Coordinator, you will be assisting with the implementation and administration of training at delegated Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) delivery sites. Your responsibilities will involve but not be limited to: - Responsibility for the administration of invoicing clients
- Creation and maintenance of trainees' files
- Maintenance of trainees database
- Production of Certificates and Statements of Attainment
- Assisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Monitoring and reporting on compliance with RTO financial management policies, procedures and systems
- Ordering training resources
- Maintaining strong relationships with key clients, trainers and assessors
- Participating in driving the business strategy
- Promoting and implementing the principles and practises of Equal Employment and Education Opportunities, OHS, Ethical practise and appropriate legislative requirements
- Maintaining current industry knowledge to enable relevant innovative training and assessment methodologies to be implemented
To be successful, you must be a friendly, hardworking, and organised team oriented individual with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Ideally, you will have 2 years or more of experience working with Registered Training Organisations and you will possess solid Microsoft Office skills. It is essential that you have experience in User Choice funding and AVETMISS reporting. In return, the company will offer between $45,000 and $55,000 + superannuation depending on experience, as well as RDOs and you will be working with very supportive and friendly people!
