Greenpeace Team Leader

The Role
2evolve is evolving even more in Twenty 12, launching a new charity in our Perth Region. We are looking for the newest member to join the crew in 2012, working on behalf of Greenpeace Australia. We seek careered focused individuals that can rise above the rest and lead from the front. As Team Leader you will be responsible for a small team of up to 8 fundraisers and be required to meet your own personal targets/ donor sign ups, be competitive and promote the charity to the general public. Other duties included will be managing rosters, ongoing coaching and development, reporting to the State Manager with daily results plus maintaining & surpassing team averages.
  
This is not an office based role, you will be required to work in the field 100% of the time and your locations will change throughout Perth, making every week a different. You will work from shopping centre's, malls, beaches, and busy street locations, outdoors and indoors.
  
This role is well suited to someone with previous fundraising, face 2 face, retail management or door 2 door sales experience. This is a unique role that offers autonomy, stability, a new social experience and a feel good opportunity to be a real life super hero. You will need to be lively, motivating, energetic and passionate about your role while being inspirational and active in your daily duties.
  
Working hours - Monday to Friday , 9:00 am - 5:00pm
  
We offer a great package....
$55,000 + Super.
$60 commissions for sign ups.
