A new position has been created by our client, a world leader in the manufacture of agricultural machinery, for a Customer Sales Manager to manage the Wagga Wagga and surrounding districts in Southern NSW.

As the company’s local representative you will be responsible for client management and liaison to maximise sales/service. You will work from home and travel extensively throughout the region.

Your main functions are the management of sales to dealerships and maximising brand penetration. You will plan promotional activities, maintain and grow market share and actively develop close relationships with your dealers and their customers.

You should have:

• sales experience in agriculture;
• farm equipment or auto experience;
• “savvy” business management and proven negotiation skills;
• excellent communication and organisational skills;
• the ability to work independently;
• extensive knowledge of Southern NSW.

Interstate and some international travel for training may be required.

Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry experience will be well regarded and an attractive salary package including incentives will be negotiated depending on your demonstrated experience
