This international company is working towards bringing their project operational this year. They have put together a team of some of Australia's leading mining professionals and now fitting the last few pieces of the puzzle. This challenging role will encompass a whole variety of tasks for you to undertake and manage. As the Mine Planning Super you will be responsible for the coordination of all mine engineering and planning services across this large operation. The role reports directly into the Mine Manager and will develop a standard of planning across the board in operations. You will be given the autonomy to create a technical team beneath you to manage the mine plans, scheduling and designs. This is a Perth based role and as such you will benefit of being home every night and have weekends to yourself. We are looking for candidates with the following: Previous Management / Superintendent level Tertiary qualified in mine engineering 10 Years + experience in mining Skilled in mine software packages i.e. Surpac and Mineshed Strong management and leadership qualities Australian residency
