Experience Requirements:
Strong communication and relationship development skills, customer focus and a commitment to delivering results that contribute to the success of the team;
Be able to work in a confidential, fast-paced team environment;
The ability to provide a strong level of Administration support to a small team
Proficient with MS Office suite;
Possess strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise;
Strong attention to detail;
Cert. III in Business Administration would be preferable but not essential
The duties with include but not be limited to:
Business support to the commercial department at an administrative level
Preparing all travel arrangements
Scheduling meetings
Minute taking
6 month Contract, commencing on an immediate start
Roster - Mon-Fri 7am to 4pm
