Project Co-ordinator - HR System

This is a hands-on project co-ordination role, you will be the HR representative and will play a key role in ensuring that due consideration is given to HR business improvement opportunities during this system upgrade project. This role will see you being involved in a broad range of activities to ensure that maximum benefit is achieved for the HR function in terms of system functionality, you will be the link between the technical experts and the HR business partner.

Working very closely with your manager you will identify the HR business issues, ensure they are addressed in a timely and comprehensive manner, all efficiency opportunities are explored, resources are adequate, emerging issues are identified in a timely manner and solutions developed. You will also play a critical role in the shaping and thinking around the key issues.

To be successful you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline (HR or IT)
  • Previous experience working with and implementing HR systems
  • Previous experience in a project co-ordination/analyst role
  • A proven track record in successful and timely project implementation
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • A good generalist understanding of the HR function
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills
