You will be passionate about preparing exceptional dishes across a variety of dining options, from a relaxed breakfast, casual ‘Island style’ snacks and light dishes, to full a la carte or one of our signature dining experiences such as Outback/Beach BBQs, Table 131 at Ayers Rock or one of our special fine dining degustation menus.

Professional and committed, with a focus on detail, you will ideally hold a Certificate III (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent with an excellent understanding of ‘Food Safety’ and HACCP principals. You will have the opportunity to continue develop your skills across all corners of the kitchen.

With this in mind you will also be an excellent team player with strong communication and prioritisation skills, with a clear understanding of delivering a unique dining experience to guests.

You will already be working as a CHEF DE PARTIE or DEMI having gained experience showcasing your talent for cooking in a quality restaurant or hotel environment. To be considered for one of our Signature Properties you’ll need to have extensive experience in a 5 Star property. You will also be genuinely interested in providing quality service to our guests and be able to commit to working at least 6 months with us.
