There are now Senior Consultant staff roles available in the Newcastle area, to manage a return to work case load and help people return to work and a meaningful life in the consultant posts.

You will be looking to make a move from one rehab provider to an industry leader, noted for their excellent calibre of staff, and ability to turn cases around swiftly and with a high level of professionalism. SNR CONSULTANT DUTIES:

• Majority Corporate client base - so motivated clients to return to work! 
• Initial Physical Assessments: Functional Capacity Evaluations, Work Place Assessments, Activity of Daily Living, more...!!!
• Liaison with Insurers, treating doctors, unions, and general stakeholders to ensure a swift return to work.
• Case Management
• Complex Case Mgmt
• Report Writing
• Travel in Newcastle & surrounds

ABOUT YOU:

• You will have an Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapy degree which is assessed and recognised in Australia and full registration with your professional association.
• You will have prior experience in Occ Rehab Case Mgmt.
• You will need to be extremely presentable as this is a company that works a lot with top corporate customers on repeat business due to its high service level
• You will have a driving license
• You will have a working and developed understanding of WorkCover and ComCare legislation developed in recent years
• You will have a valid visa or citizenship to Australia
• You will be available to start work in the next month or two
• You will be a superb communicator, and able to be organised in many areas of the business.
