Your duties & responsibilities include:

  • Updating the Database
  • Processing Changes of Addresses and Mail Returns
  • Liasing with the clients for feedback and information

If you have a flair for customer service with :

  • An eye for detail.
  • High work Ethic
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Importance of urgency and deadline driven
  • Good computer literacy with Accurate keyboard skills
  • Call centre customer service experience preferred
