ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Customer Service Clerk your duties will include:

• Handling client inquiries (phone, fax & email)
• liaising with the Customer Agents, Drivers and Operations to resolve any issues
• Data entry of information into the system

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role you will bring with you:

• Exceptional communication skills
• Pleasant telephone manner
• Problem solving skills
• 1+ years experience in a similar role or in an office role

Experience within a freight company will be very highly regarded
