ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

If you are a customer service star with an interest in Finance, then this is the role for you! There will be a lots to learn and you will enjoy the challenge of a new role. You will be providing Customer Service and Collections support and your duties will include:

• liaising with customers over the phone and managing their accounts
• making courtesy calls regarding customers' accounts
• following up on rejected account payments
• providing the associated administration

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

Naturally, you will bring your great communication skills and demonstrate a genuine people-focus. In addition, you will also possess:

• customer service experience
• professional manner
• ability to work within a team
• experience in collections will be highly regarded
