Design & Construct are recruiting for a Supervisor to join one of the fastest growing civil contractors in NSW. the company has been established for over thirty years and have doubled their staff and turnover in the past three years. They are now expanding their operations and are opening a new office in Newcastle.

They believe in the importance of top quality work from the very beginning and they are seeking an ambitious project manager who is passionate about their career and is looking to join a solid civil contractor working on projects throughout Sydney.

Remuneration package is promised to be rewarding and will be assessed through experience.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
• RTA & Earthworks experience on projects up to $50M
• Excellent sub-contractor management skills
• Strong client liaison skills
• Being self-reliant and able to work independently
• Possess good oral and written communication skills
• Be team orientated

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate previous experience and put it into practise. You will receive the support and encouragement of all senior management; however your experience and confidence will allow you to be accountable for the success of the projects.
