Safety Manager – Key Projects

Successful, globally recognised civil engineering organisation is seeking to appoint a seasoned safety manager for their NSW office. The position has a focus on establishment and management of safety systems and procedures for major civil contracts. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a career expanding role with this award winning company.

Responsibilities

• Development and management of safety systems and controls
• Instill a safe working culture for project sites
• Direct management for site safety staff/engineers/sub contractors.
• Risk assessment reporting
• Ensuring appropriate safety training is provided   
• Investigate worksite incidents.
• New staff safety inductions

Qualifications and Experience:

• Formal safety training qualifications
• Civil high-rise construction or related industry experience
• Excellent communication skills
