You would be a culinary professional exposed to multi-outlet operations with a dedication of producing a consistent quality product whilst mentoring and developing a large banquet kitchen brigade. You would also be responsible for daily food production, presentation, stock ordering and staff management. This hands-on role will deliver an exciting working environment within a popular hotel destination which provides large volume functions and catering.
Ideally you would bring
Experience within a Hotel Resort industry ideally from a similar environment
A motivator to ensure all banquet kitchen operations are running effectively
Monitor quality whilst delivering a consistent product
