You would be working with a professional brigade and reporting to a fantastic and respected leading Executive Chef.
Ideally you would bring
Talent and Creativeness
Experienced in production of pastry items, bakery items and show-pieces
Experience within a 4 to 5 star environment
A motivator to ensure all kitchen operations are running effectively
Ability to liaise comfortably with all level of guests and hotel staff
