About you
You would be a culinary professional exposed to multi-outlet operations with a dedication of producing a consistent quality product whilst mentoring and developing a large kitchen brigade. This hands-on role will deliver an exciting working environment within a popular resort destination.
Ideally you would bring
Experience within a Hotel Resort industry ideally from a regional, remote or island destination
Understanding of working to tight budgetary guidelines (such as Food, Wage costs, Minimising wastage, effective stock controls).
More than 2 years consecutive employment in one property holding an Executive capacity
A motivator to ensure all kitchen operations are running effectively
Creative, delivering unsurpassed cuisine with seasonal changes
Personable and friendly
