We are seeking a number of Commis, Demi's and Chef de Partie's to contribute to the smooth operation within this busy Kitchen Department. You would assist in the the operational procedures to ensure standard practices are being adhered to with a focus on quality service that makes this hotel an award winning dining and entertainment destination. You would be working with a professional brigade and reporting to a fantastic and respected leading Executive Chef.

Ideally you would bring
Experience within a busy 4 to 5 star environment
A motivator to ensure all kitchen operations are running effectively
Ability to liaise comfortably with all level of guests and hotel staff
Exposed to Conferencing, Al a Carte and Buffet environments
