A leading ASX-listed, integrated real estate group with a comprehensive fully-owned property portfolio, seeks to appoint experienced Project Architect to their dynamic Melbourne CBD offices.
As property development leaders in high-end commercial, hospitality, entertainment and retail design throughout metropolitan Melbourne and regional VIC, this firm's current growth plans allows more scope than ever to cover a selective choice of exciting opportunities abroad and nationwide (supported by their strong national network of offices).
Currently, they have numerous landmark development projects in design and construction phase throughout metropolitan Melbourne
Reporting directly to the Technical Director and working closely with other design team members, this senior and integral role requires the expertise of an experienced project architect to oversee the team's design development processes through to fully completed and error-free (BA) construction documents.
Key attributes for this role are:
- Completed tertiary qualification in Architecture;
- A high-level of proficiency in AutoCAD;
- Proven experienced across the full design process;
- Ability to run projects within given parameters;
- Able to demonstrate keen business accumen;
- Previous exposure to the delivery of very large scale and complex residential or mixed use projects is desirable.
