All of our candidates are interviewed face-to-face in order to assess their experience, teaching methodology and curriculum knowledge. This interview allows us to perform the necessary checks (qualifications, identity, criminal record and reference checks) as well as to successfully match teachers' skills to the needs of schools.
We advertise our vacancies in the local and national press, on-line jobs boards and to our extensive database. We recruit on behalf of schools, managing the advertising and short-listing process. Our website gets 5 million hits per month from 200,000 candidates, and allows candidates to apply on-line there and then.
