Currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to the CEO, CFO and MD in a large national company. As PA you will be required to overlook the running of the reception area.

Duties will include but not be limited to

  • Completing Board Papers within a strict deadline
  • Travel arrangements for all staff members
  • Responsible for the organisation of evaluation papers for 75 apprentices nationally on a quarterly basis
  • Monthly newsletters
  • General AdHoc tasks for management
  • Mobile and Vehicle fleet management
  • Updating website information
  • Diary Management
  • Supervision of 1 staff member

The successful applicant must hold the following skills

  • Proven ability to work autonomously
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills
  • "can do" attitude with the willingness to assist all
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

Experience in board papers within a public company will be highly regarded.
