About Us: We are expanding! Based in the heart of the CBD, Hughes Castell is a national recruitment agency which specialises in legal recruitment.
The Role: Working as part of a small but growing team, you will be providing vital administrative support to a number of consultants. Your main duties will include: - Answering telephones and taking accurate messages
- Data entry
- Diary management
- Meet and greet both clients and candidates
- Ordering stationary
- Creating / maintaining spreadsheets
- Maintaining Petty Cash
- Processing expenses
- Event organisation
- Co-ordinating advertising
- Liaising with other admin staff nationally
- Other admin duties as required (archiving / scanning / faxing / photocopying)
Full training provided! Core hours are 8.30 - 5.30 with one hour for lunch, Monday - Friday. Some flexibility may be required to work outside these hours.
Experience Needed: Ideally you will have have completed year 12 and have around 6 months office experience. You will also need to have a high attention to detail, be able to multi task, think on your feet and have a good sense of humour!!
Technically, you do not need a high typing speed; however, you must be accurate. You must also have an intermediate knowledge of Word and a basic knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
You will need to have exceptional communication skills and be presented to a high corporate standard.
