Our client, located in the Hills district is dedicated to providing helpful services to people and businesses in the local area.

With continued growth, they are looking to employ a Learning and Development Manager for a 12 month contract, with view to extend.

Responsibilities include;

• Implement learning and social programs as well as implement and monitor Business Plans
• Facilitate and manage the development and delivery of company Learning Hub
• Develop strong relationships with the community and local organisations
• Work to facilitate the formation of sustainable groups, services and activities
• Undertake social and economic sustainability research in line with the needs of projects
• Deliver, document and measure learning outcomes and activities
• Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders including local Councils, relevant government agencies and NGOs
• Manage budgets
• Other duties as required

ABOUT YOU

You have previous business development experience and sound people management skills. With excellent communication skills and a passion for developing and maintaining working relationships, you have strong negotiation and influencing skills.

You ideally have qualifications in Training and Development, Education, Business Development, Management, Administration or other related field and have sound experience dealing within the Learning and Community sector.

You have strong Administration skills and sound IT skills with the ability to monitor minor IT issues. You must be available to work the occasional evening and/ or weekend.
