The Role As Projects Administrator, you will provide administration, clerical and Project Management support to the Operations Manger and the Project Management team as required. Key Tasks include: • Manage time sheets & other associated costs for allocation to specific projects • Prepare monthly expense records & status reports for key projects • Prepare all relevant documentation to support tender & delivery of projects • Respond to customer enquiries as required • Assist in the preparation and distribution of project related information and materials Requirements To be considered for this opportunity you will need: • 3 years experience within a PA/ EA or Project Admin team environment • Solid understanding of reporting and budgets across multiple projects • Solid administration experience within a busy corporate environment • Knowledge of SAP processing and reporting (desirable). • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office, and other relevant software applications. • Report writing and effective presentation of information. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills working across all levels • Creative problem-solving, initiative, and commitment to deliver excellent customer service. • Exceptional multi-tasking skills • Ability to work in a team and autonomously • Ability to prioritise competing demands • High attention to detail and accuracy • Professional understanding of confidentiality and self confident About us: For over a decade, Appoint HR has supplied Contract and Permanent staff from entry level to specialist niche roles.
