We are currently seeking a Scheduler with a passion for excellent customer service to drive the engine room of our business. To be successful, you will have a genuine interest in Customer service and very good attention to detail. You will be primarily responsible for:

• Attending and responding to customer enquiries/ answering the phones

• Scheduling, prioritisation and coordination of jobs

• Liaison with the warehouse/contractors

• Follow up of completed customer requirements

To be considered for this role, the following attributes and experience are required:

• Previous customer service experience

• Previous admin or reception experience

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong time management and prioritisation skills

The successful candidate will be provided with the opportunity to develop their skills
