Positions are now available for part time Administration Assistants to join our team of highly qualified professionals.

This role is part time and is NOT school hours, we require people that are available for 2-3 days per week however would be flexible to do an extra day if required to cover staff on leave. The hours are 8.30am - 5pm - This is a contract position, and for the succesful applicant you will be contracted till the end of March.

Duties will include but not limited to:-

  • Assist with answering general telephone enquiries
  • Register RSVP’s for functions
  • typing of standard letters, faxes, memos, database maintenance & other general correspondence
  • assist with compilation & distribution of promotional packs
  • provide general administrative support to branch
  • Assist with Citizenship administration and ceremonies
  • coordinate carpool / meeting rooms
  • maintain Branch stationery supplies
  • Staffing of reception desk including look after arrangements for people arriving with appointments, courier deliveries, access keys, incoming and outgoing mail, temporary ID allocation and general enquiries.
