Our client is currently looking for an experienced Accounts and Administration Assistant to join their busy office based in Swanbank. This is a full-time permanent position for a highly skilled and eager individual to join a well established company. With a keen eye for detail and eagerness to learn our ideal candidate will have come from a similar role in which involves high levels of customer service and also accounts data entry. Key responsibilities include: - Accounts receivable and payable data entry
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets
- Data entry into company database and software packages
- Invoice preparation and coordination
- Answering phones
- Collect, co-ordinate and distribute mail
- Filling and general office duties upon request
- Liaise with customers over the front desk
Our ideal candidate will possess the following: - 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- High level of numeracy and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Efficient typing speed for high levels of data entry
- Own reliable transport and drivers licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
