This successful family owned wholesaler is seeking an administrator. Due to their wide and extensive range of products coupled with a stable workforce of 20 has placed this company as a strong player in a competitive marketplace.
Reporting into the Sales Manager this role will enable you to further hone your administrative skills whilst developing new skills and experiences that will stand you in good stead for your administrative career.
Your daily duties would involve:
- Entering new stock into the system
- Relieving on the phones when needed
- Liaising with storeman to ensure availability and amount of products
- General Administration- Filing, archiving, photocopy, typing
- Banking, post and shopping
- Inventory management, stock reconciliation
- Liaising effectively with other departments

Being located in Western Sydney and close to Fairfield will enable the work life balance so many candidates are seeking. This is a permanent position for an ASAP start, Mon- Fri, 08.30-5pm.

- Previous administration experience
- Intermediate Word and Excel knowledge
